Customer Service Representative / Driver

About the role :

This is a full-time permanent role that involves store deliveries and providing knowledgeable sales advice and service to a diverse range of horticultural and agricultural clients.

You'll be hands-on with daily store operations, including stock management, sales processing, and deliveries.

Your passion for the local agriculture industry and excellent communication skills will make you stand out.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Undertake forklift operating within store and truck driving for client delivery duties

Offer advice to customers

Solve queries and problems from customers, suppliers, and staff

Efficiently process sales and product requests

Order, unpack, and display merchandise according to company guidelines

Skills & Experience :

Forklift endorsement and Class 2 licence is essential for deliveries, can be supported if needed

A full, current, and clean New Zealand driver licence

A team player who can roll up their sleeves and contribute to outstanding results

Good physical fitness as regular heavy lifting is required

Previous retail and / or sales experience is an advantage but not essential

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook is essential
