Fitout Site Manager

OverviewThis is a development and building company that primarily focuses on hotels, retail redevelopments and multi residential projects.

The business is in sound financial shape, it's run by astute directors with proven experience and aptitude in being able to navigate all parts of the economic cycle.

As a business, they run a small yet efficient team, they pride themselves on shaping a down to earth team culture with a complete solutions driven client ethic.

They are now looking to identify a Site Manager for a project commencing soon.

The project is a $30M build comprising 68 hotel rooms, 9 apartments, plus retail spaces and a conference room.

This will require the staged demo of an existing heritage building with structural steel / comflor / façade system structure interfacing with a heritage façade.

The project is envisaged to be 20 months.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate subcontractors and trades,Cost control,Organise relevant materials, equipment and access,Oversee OSH (occupational safety and health) requirements,Strong command of fit-out and services coordination,Understand and apply passive fire concepts where applicable.Qualifications & ExperienceTrade qualified site manager with 8+ years' experience,Trade carpentry background,Experience delivering hotels or apartment projects is ideal,Experience coordinating multiple trades and managing site logistics.Remuneration & How to ApplySalary : $130K - $140K + VehicleFor further information, please call Matt on 0275544064 or email your details to
