Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will drive the transformation strategy, commercial performance, and long-term success of one of our most critical global portfolios.You will hold enterprise accountability across multiple Value Streams, setting the strategic direction and governance frameworks that enable our teams to deliver customer-led, commercially compelling outcomes.

Partnering closely with senior leaders across architecture, product, engineering, operations, and the wider business, you'll ensure transformation initiatives are aligned to enterprise priorities, executed with discipline, and measured against real commercial value.This is a rare opportunity to influence not only the success of Gallagher's Command Centre portfolio but also the direction of enterprise security technology on a global stage.In This Role You WillDefine and drive a multi-year transformation roadmap that positions our product as a leading cloud-native and hybrid solutionMake commercially astute portfolio investment decisions, balancing customer benefit, technical feasibility, and long-term sustainabilityLead and develop a team of senior leaders and product leaders, empowering them to deliver high-impact solutions with accountability and confidenceFoster a culture of clarity, momentum, and belief in the mission through purposeful communication and collaborative leadershipRepresent the portfolio in executive forums and external engagements, building alignment, trust, and confidence with stakeholders, partners, and customersBe based locally, working closely with a high-performing team in the officeEnjoy the opportunity for international travel, collaborating with global teams and stakeholdersThe FitYou are a proven leader with the ability to translate complex technology into clear commercial outcomes.

With more than a decade of senior experience in portfolio, product, or commercial leadership, you bring a rare balance of strategic vision, execution discipline, and customer-centric thinking.You'll BringA strong technical background with the ability to engage confidently with architects, engineers, and delivery leadersA track record of leading complex portfolios through business and technology transformationDemonstrated success commercialising technology in B2B or SaaS enterprise contextsDeep experience working at the intersection of technical feasibility and commercial decision-makingStrong business acumen and investment governance experienceLeadership maturity with the ability to influence at all levels and foster cross-functional alignmentThe ability to communicate compellingly, simplify complexity, and inspire confidence in senior forumsWhy Gallagher?
