Reporting to the National Business Manager, we are seeking a strong administrator to join our team on a contract basis until April
Initially the role will be based in our Rosedale office and then there will be an office move to Ellerslie early next year.
You will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to our Field and Key Account teams.
This position involves managing and maintaining databases and systems, handling month-end reporting, merchandiser payroll, loading invoices and general administration.
Key responsibilities
Manage inbound / outbound calls from field staff and stores
Maintain accurate call cycles in the system
Purchase and coordinate consumable items (e.g., uniforms, stationery)
Provide administrative office support to the wider team
Manage office activities, including arranging meetings, events, and couriers
Actively participate in internal planning sessions and team meetings
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Essential
3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role
Expertise in MS Suite with strong Excel skills & the ability to pick up new systems quickly
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work autonomously
Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication
