Be the go-to person for everything customer experience, always thinking from the customers point of view

What you'll do | Hei mahi

Look after the checkouts and cash office.

Monitor all customer service areas such as entry gates, trollies, baskets, lotto, audit and customer loyalty - ensuring everything is consistently of the highest standard and complies with all company policies.

Create positive interactions with customers, assist with their questions and solve issues.

Team Leadership & Supervision : Leads the team to ensure correct work completion, provides on-the-job training and coaching, and steps up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts.

Issue Resolution & Escalation : Identifies and timely escalates process-related issues to the Function Lead for effective resolution.

Safety & Wellbeing Advocacy : Champions a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols, reporting hazards, and prioritizing team wellbeing.

Collaboration & Communication : Actively participates in team collaboration and communication initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
