  • Be the go-to person for everything customer experience, always thinking from the customers point of view
  • Collaborate closely with your Team Leader and 'swarm' to ensure efficiency.
  • Ensure uninterrupted process completion and strict adherence to established guidelines.

What you'll do | Hei mahi

  • Look after the checkouts and cash office.
  • Monitor all customer service areas such as entry gates, trollies, baskets, lotto, audit and customer loyalty - ensuring everything is consistently of the highest standard and complies with all company policies.
  • Create positive interactions with customers, assist with their questions and solve issues.
  • Team Leadership & Supervision : Leads the team to ensure correct work completion, provides on-the-job training and coaching, and steps up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts.
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation : Identifies and timely escalates process-related issues to the Function Lead for effective resolution.
  • Safety & Wellbeing Advocacy : Champions a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols, reporting hazards, and prioritizing team wellbeing.
  • Collaboration & Communication : Actively participates in team collaboration and communication initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
