Note : part-time constitutes 30 hours, Monday to Friday 9am to 3 : 30pm with room for flexibility for the successful candidate.
This role combines front-desk duties with administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities : Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.Answer and manage incoming calls and emails.Maintain the reception area and ensure it is presentable.Maintain reception guest book and direct visitors to the correct personnelBooking flights, accommodation and rental cars for travelling staffPreparing the boardroom for meetingsAssist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting rooms.Support various departments with administrative needs.Qualifications : Proven experience as a receptionist, data entry administrator preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.NCEA Level 3 or equivalent
