You will be delivering care to the community across the Whangarei area, based in both clinic and home environments.This role is based in at Commerce Street, with travel throughout the area required.

Hours of work are to be worked between Mondays and Fridays.The Community Allied Health Services provide community based services for conditions not covered by ACC.

These are short-term interventions to address mobility issues or education about physical management, including for respiratory conditions.
