Telecommunication Service Technician

We are looking for a Telecommunication Service Technician for our busy Team.

Job Description :

Carry out quality field service repairs at the customers premises

In conjunction with call planeer optimise allocatied workload to accomodate over-turns and minimuse unproductive time.

Handle and resolve customer complaints in the field within company guidelines relecant to the position

Ensure the accurate and timely completion of necessory paperwork-services invoices

Ensure van stock is controlled in line with requirements

Job Requirements :

Minimum 4+ years of New zealand experience in telecommunication field

Bachelors degree or New Zealand Trade qualification in Telecommunication

A sound technical knowledge of domestic applicances incorporating the ability to diagnose and rectify faults through effective problem-solving skills

Skilled in the proper use of tools, equipment and gaudes to ensure optimal use

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Valid NZ First aid and electrical safety licence is must

A clean drivers licence
