This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a future-focused independent school in Kerikeri, with a roll of approx. 90 students across both Primary and Secondary levels.

What you will do :

• Teach across Primary and Secondary levels, modelling best practice
• Lead key areas such as NCEA pathways, senior years, and student progress
• Support and mentor staff to foster professional growth
• Contribute to school improvement, culture, and wellbeing initiatives
• Participate actively in the leadership team and school development planning

What you need to have :

• Current NZ Teacher Registration and recognised teaching qualification
• Experience in a middle or senior leadership role (e.g. HOD, Year Lead, AP / DP)
• Proven teaching success in a NZ school with understanding of NCEA
• Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
• Integrity, positivity, and genuine enthusiasm for student success
