We are an Immigration New Zealand Accredited Employer and can provide visa sponsorship (AEWV) for suitably qualified overseas applicants.The RoleWe are seeking Courier Truck Drivers (ANZSCO Code : 733111) to join our team.

You will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely collection and delivery of parcels and freight across the Auckland region, while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

• Position Title : Truck Driver (Courier Logistics)- Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent- Number of Positions : 1- Start Date : As soon as possible- Hourly Rate : $35.00 per hour (minimum), with potential to increase to up to $45.00 per hour maximum- Hours of Work : Minimum 40 hours per week- Overtime : Required during peak and weekend periods, compensated per company policyKey Responsibilities- Load, transport, and deliver parcels and freight to clients in a timely manner- Operate courier truck in compliance with NZTA and company driving protocols- Use electronic courier systems to scan, track, and record deliveries- Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes efficiently- Ensure accurate documentation of all pickups and deliveries- Handle goods with care, ensuring they are secure and undamaged- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues- Comply with company policies, health & safety regulations, and client-specific delivery instructions- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and clients- Accept extra shifts when required, including night shifts, long-haul deliveries, and weekendsSkills and Experience Required- Minimum 12 months' experience in courier, transport, or delivery preferred- Strong familiarity with Auckland roads and traffic conditions- Proficiency with electronic scanning and GPS navigation systems- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Physically fit to perform repetitive lifting and moving of parcels- Strong communication skills and attention to detail- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime when requiredKnowledge in Freight industry would be an absolute advantageQualifications and Licensing- Full New Zealand driver's licence (appropriate class for vehicle used) OR overseas equivalent (support provided for conversion)- Clean driving record (no disqualifying criminal or traffic history)- NZTA Courier or Transport Operator Registration (if applicable)What We Offer- Visa Sponsorship under AEWV for overseas candidates- Secure, long-term employment with an accredited employer- Competitive pay rates ($35–$45 per hour)- Guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime and additional shifts- Training and career development in the logistics industry- A supportive, multicultural work environmentWhy Join Us?
