We prioritise diversity and inclusivity in our recruitment process and offer a supportive environment to work in, along with a range of great employee benefits.About the RoleAs a Mechanical Fitter you will provide maintenance, repairs, and fault response for Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), ensuring optimal generation output, supporting asset reliability through inspection and upkeep of mechanical equipment and site facilities, and coordinating site work to optimise subcontractor resources.About youYou will have a Trade or related qualification (or working towards) in Mechanical, Fabrication, or a related fieldExperience with large-scale solar PV, power generation, or industrial mechanical systemsHave the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationProficiency in the use of hand tools, torque equipment, and diagnostic instrumentsKnowledge of solar and BESS equipment and operations is a bonus!
