We're on the hunt for experienced Fitter & Turners to join our team in the Auckland Region.

With multiple positions available, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with competitive pay, great conditions, and room to grow.

Some roles may involve shift work – exact details will be discussed with successful applicants.

What you'll be doing :

You'll be working on a range of exciting and varied projects, some of which are in high-standard industrial environments.

Key responsibilities include :

Reading and interpreting drawings / specs to plan jobs

Fitting and assembling fabricated metal parts into machinery and equipment

Using precision instruments to check fit and accuracy

Operating machining tools to cut, grind, plane, bore and drill to tight tolerances

Installing hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Diagnosing faults and carrying out maintenance or repairs

Potentially assisting with equipment installation on-site

What we're looking for :

Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role

Formal qualifications are an advantage, but not essential - relevant work experience may be considered in place of a qualification.

MIG and stick welding (TIG experience a bonus)

Your own tools

Reliable transport

Two work references

A commitment to health & safety

Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
