As our Assistant Manager of Chilled and Frozen Foods, you'll have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, enhance our product offerings, and deliver exceptional customer service—all while making a meaningful impact in our community.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the Chilled and frozen departmentAssist the Chilled and Frozen Manager with all departmental needsEnsure shelves are well-stocked, correctly rotated, and compliant with food safety standardsSupport and supervise the team to ensure excellent service and outstanding product presentationFollow store guidelines and procedures regarding health and safetyAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have : Experience with SAP will be an advantageA minimum of 2 years' experience in retailBeing able to motivate and lead a team to successStrong communication skills across all levels of the organisationGreat attention to detail and the ability to take initiativeExcellent computer skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindsetHoursFull-time.
