Litigator

We have plenty on in the litigation space, so we are looking for someone new to join our team. If you’re a Commercial Litigator (Intermediate level, ~5 years PQE) with an interest in tech and IP, this could be the role for you.

We’re a specialist firm working predominantly in tech, media and IP law, and our contentious work is usually in those areas, or relates to corporate disputes for clients operating in those industries. That said, the role is varied and it is likely that you will deal with issues that you haven’t encountered before, so there will be plenty of scope for you to develop. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high quality matters, directly engaging with clients and barristers while helping to manage disputes end to end – from initial pleadings through to appearing in court.

We have strong transactional and IP teams, and so as well as engaging contentious work, you’ll also help them to deliver commercial outcomes for clients.

About you

You’ll have strong technical and interpersonal skills, that you apply to deliver quality client work, and to collaborate with others in the team and externally for the benefit of our clients and your own development.

You’ve got experience across a range of commercial litigation matters, ideally within our specialist areas (in particular IP), and will bring curiosity, a drive for excellence, the ability to work through complex issues and great organisational skills to boot.
