About the Role

We're looking for two enthusiastic and dedicated Guest Service Agents to join our front desk team working 30+ hours per week.

Key Responsibilities :

Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in / check-out processes

Respond to guest enquiries with professionalism and care

Handle phone calls and reservations with clear communication and attention to detail

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming front desk environment

Assist with luggage handling and guest transport when required

What We're Looking For :

Previous experience in a front office or customer service role (essential)

Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays (essential)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Strong attention to detail and professional presentation

Experience with Opera PMS or CRM systems is an advantage

Legal right to work in New Zealand (Working Holiday Visas are welcomed)
