About the role
OMD NZ is looking for a Front of House & Office Coordinator to be the face of our Auckland office while supporting our teams in Wellington and Christchurch.
You'll be the go-to person who keeps the office humming, clients happy, and events running smoothly.
What you'll do
Welcome visitors and manage reception with warmth and professionalism
Keep our offices and meeting spaces running seamlessly
Coordinate travel, events, and client meetings
Support People & Culture with onboarding, inductions, and training
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Bring our culture to life through events, initiatives, and celebrations
What we're looking for
2–4 years' experience in Front of House, Office Support, or Administration (agency or hospitality preferred).
Event coordination experience highly regarded.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, polished presentation.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Tech-savvy with intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
Proactive problem solver with a positive, "no task too big or small" attitude.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
