About Supported Independent Living
Supported Independent Living (SIL) empowers adults with physical and intellectual disabilities to live in their own homes and be active members of their communities. We provide tailored, one‑on‑one support that helps people build routines, develop life skills, and pursue personal goals.
About the Role
As a Community Support Worker, you will provide one‑on‑one support to adults with physical and intellectual disabilities in their homes and communities. Your work is dynamic, person‑led, and shaped by each individual’s goals, interests, and aspirations.

Benefits
Casual position, $23.50 – $29.10 per hour, support hours 6am – 9pm Monday to Sunday, flexible to suit staff and supports.
