• Mō te tūranga | About the Role
• In this role, you’ll support business customers with a range of needs—from home and business lending to equipment finance and credit cards. You’ll also play a key role in customer retention by proactively reaching out based on needs-based leads. Working closely with internal teams across Westpac, you’ll ensure our business customers receive the right support at the right time.

• We’re looking for someone who :
• Is passionate about delivering exceptional service to business customers
• Has a solid understanding of Credit Risk and experience in Credit Analysis
• Brings proven experience in Business or Commercial Lending
• Is eager to grow their knowledge of business lending and build a career in Business Banking
• Communicates clearly and professionally—most interactions are via phone or email
• Takes initiative, follows through on commitments, and is always keen to learn
• A tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
