ECE Centre Manager | Busy Bees Dargaville

We are on the lookout for an experienced and inspiring Centre Manager to lead our team at Busy Bees Dargaville. If you have a love for leadership, teaching, and creating meaningful connections, this could be your next exciting step.

At Busy Bees Dargaville we provide a ‘home away from home’, nurturing and cosy environment, where children receive meaningful care, as well as personalised learning and development. We have spacious indoor and outdoor play areas with a large deck creating wonderful indoor / outdoor flow. Nestled near the bank of the Wairoa River in Dargaville, we offer excellent care & education for local families in the community.

Role Requirements :

• An inspirational leader with an innate ability to develop, lead a team to deliver best practice childcare services
• B Ed / Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration / certification
• Demonstrated leadership experience you will love to coach, mentor and inspire!
• Initiative, desire and passion for quality practice standards and commitment to the principles of Te Whāriki
• Familiarity with the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations and Code of Ethics
• A comprehensive understanding of how to maintain and grow occupancy levels
• Innovative, resilient, committed, passionate and enthusiastic!
