About the role

This role is all about leading front-end excellence.

You'll work closely with designers, developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, user-centric digital experiences.

You'll champion best practices, mentor developers, and lead the evolution of our front-end standards and design systems.

Your day-to-day will include :

Creating front-end features using React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.)

Leading the implementation and governance of Tower's design system

Collaborating with cross-functional squads to ensure high-quality, accessible UI / UX

Driving adoption of front-end core systems and documenting bespoke solutions

Mentoring developers and promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement

Maintaining front-end infrastructure and ensuring timely upgrades

Working in a hybrid model from our 6 Green Star Fanshawe Street office

What you'll bring :

Senior-level experience in front-end development

Strong UI / UX focus with experience in design systems and accessibility

Proficiency in CSS frameworks (e.g., SASS, CSS-in-JS) and styling tools

Experience with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest)

Leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience

Bonus : Familiarity with Docker and DevOps practices
