The role blends hands-on engineering with user-centred design, working across Information Services, Customer Experience & Analytics (CE&A), and the wider organisation.You'll lead the technical development of our design system, champion accessibility, guide UI implementation, and mentor developers.

A key focus is supporting digital assessment tools—ensuring they're usable, inclusive, and technically robust.

You are comfortable writing clean, modern front-end code while also mentoring others and guiding best practice.

You're equally at home discussing design systems, accessibility, and usability as you are working with React components or CI / CD pipelines.
