You'll be welcoming guests, managing the bowling lanes, arcade prize area, and golf simulator counter, assisting with general guest services, and stepping up as a party host to ensure functions and birthdays run smoothly and memorably.Wait Staff – the friendly faces on the floor delivering great table service, recommending menu items, and making every dining experience one to remember.Bartenders – the behind-the-bar superstars mixing drinks, pouring pints, and creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere in our sports bar.

(Or you might be keen on a mix of all three!)Key ResponsibilitiesAs part of our Front of House team, you'll be : Greeting and engaging with guests to make them feel at homeDelivering attentive, upbeat service across the venue – from restaurant to bar to gamesServing food and drinks quickly, accurately, and with a smileManaging guest activity areas like the bowling lanes, arcade, prize counter, and golf simulatorsHosting parties and functions, ensuring everything runs smoothly and guests have a blastMixing and serving drinks (for bartender roles), including cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic optionsRecommending menu and drink options confidentlyWhat We're Looking ForAt least 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a fast-paced venueA friendly, confident, and energetic attitudeGreat communication and multitasking skillsCalm under pressure, reliable, and well-presentedFor bartenders : strong drink knowledge and experience behind a busy bar; LCQ or Manager's Cert a bonusMust have legal work rights in NZ (no visa sponsorship available)Perks of Joining the Monty's CrewFlexible working hours to suit your lifestyleCompetitive pay and awesome team perksFull training provided – we'll set you up for successCareer growth opportunities across different rolesA team that genuinely loves what they doIf you\'re keen to be part of a high-energy team where work feels like play, we want to hear from you!
