Reporting to the Lead Zero Harm Advisor, we're seeking a Zero Harm Advisor to join our major Commercial construction project in Auckland.

Key Responsibilities We're seeking a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with our operational team and subcontractors to influence outcomes and drive initiatives to successful completion.

In this role, you will : Champion high standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices to support the project team in achieving outstanding HSE performance.

Ensure thorough implementation of Hawkins and Downer HSE policies and procedures across the project.

Produce and maintain accurate HSE records, reporting and ensure full compliance with both internal protocols and statutory reporting obligations.

Actively monitor adherence to legislative requirements and the HSE standards set by Hawkins and Downer.

What we're looking for : A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Health and Safety role, working for a main contractor.

Preferred Construction or Health and Safety related qualification.
