Whether you are looking for flexibility around other commitments or would prefer regular rostered shifts, we have permanent part-time positions to offer.Ideal candidate will have Health and wellbeing Level 2 or 3 certificate with working experience for Medical Supervision, Personal Cares and Hoist use.Shifts available- Monday to Friday and Aternative weekend 7;00 am to 5 : 00 pmWhat does a Support Worker do?
As part of a wider team, you will assist our clients to live as independently as possible, within their homes and community.
You will help our clients to achieve their goals and reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support.
Responsibilities can be varied, and you will follow a care plan, which may include some or all of the below : Meal preparationMedication supervisionCommunity outings and integrationPersonal cares (showering, toileting etc)What's in it for you?
