About the Role
This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced commercial lawyer seeking a new role within a thriving and collaborative team.
You will bring experience across a broad range of commercial matters, including business sales and purchases, company restructuring, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, leasing agreements, and some exposure to franchising work. Additional experience within other practice areas such as Property, Wills, EPOAs, Estates or Relationship Property would be an added bonus, however, are not essential for your success in this role.

Whether you're a Senior Associate ready to take the next step but are yet to see a clear path forward, or a Partner considering a strategic lateral move, this could be the opportunity for you. Pier Law is seeking a senior-level lawyer with an existing client base who is eager to contribute to the firm's well-established and loyal clientele, while also playing a key role in driving future growth. With a desire to lead and mentor a team, you will be well-supported by the firm's strong and collaborative partnership as you continue to grow within the practice.
Beyond your technical expertise, you will enjoy building strong working relationships with colleagues across the firm, contributing to a collaborative and team-focused environment. With a natural ability to connect with people, you will approach clients with empathy and genuine interest taking the time to understand their personal and financial circumstances to deliver tailored, thoughtful solutions.
