About the Role

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced commercial lawyer seeking a new role within a thriving and collaborative team.

You will bring experience across a broad range of commercial matters, including business sales and purchases, company restructuring, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, leasing agreements, and some exposure to franchising work.

Additional experience within other practice areas such as Property, Wills, EPOAs, Estates or Relationship Property would be an added bonus, however, are not essential for your success in this role.
