Lead Software Engineer

Overview

Lead Software Engineer role at Z Energy NZ. You will lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers, building, enhancing, maintaining, and supporting event-driven solutions and APIs that deliver value to the business.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering integration solutions end to end, including both in a hands-on capacity and as an SME for the broader team
• Providing technical expertise to the broader team, contribute to development of standards and best practices, ultimately leading by example
• Keep current with technology and industry changes and contribute to discussion to improve existing solutions
• Quickly ideate solutions, with a view on blockers, dependencies and relevant stakeholders
• Lead, mentor and grow our people

Additional Information

The base salary range for this role is NZ$150,000 to NZ$165,000 per annum, plus 15% STI based on company performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
