Senior Software Engineer

Education Perfect is an EdTech platform designed to empower educators and amplify their impact in the classroom. We aim to enable teachers to personalise learning at scale with a range of powerful learning, assessment, and insights tools, helping them and their students reach their full potential.

As an EPeep, you'll work on projects that have a real impact on students' lives and have the freedom, support and resources you need to develop your skills and grow your career.

We're looking for 3x Senior Software Engineers to join our cross-functional team, helping to design, build and deliver secure, scalable cloud services that create real value for our customers. You'll work across our tech stack (C#, Go, Kafka, Terraform, TypeScript, React), collaborating closely with product managers, designers and other engineers to solve complex problems, drive technical improvements and mentor team members in a supportive and inclusive environment.

What you will do

• Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable and maintainable cloud services using C#, Go, Kafka, Terraform, TypeScript and React
• Deliver customer value continuously in small, incremental releases to production
• Partner with product managers and designers to address open ended customer challenges
• Collaborate across teams on larger technical initiatives, architectural improvements and production operations
• Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a safe, inclusive and growth-oriented team culture
• Contribute to technical decision making, ensuring solutions are aligned with team goals and sound engineering principles
