As we scale rapidly, we’re looking to appoint a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of new product features, contribute to the technical direction of our stack, and work with a motivated team to improve the learning experience for IB students globally. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where autonomy, innovation, and technical excellence are deeply valued.

Our Engineers work on a wide range of systems from client facing websites and mobile apps to infrastructure and internal monitoring systems. We emphasise good CI / CD practices, deploying to production multiple times per day, and we are looking for highly motivated and collaborative individuals who are excited to learn and develop with the team. You’ll work closely with our stakeholders to write high quality features, and help shape Revision Village technical direction and nurture colleagues’ skills.

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For

• You are enthusiastic about full-stack development and have had experience at a senior level in backend and infrastructure roles.
• You are interested in a technical leadership role
• You enjoy tackling new problems and situations you may not have solved before
• You look forward to collaborating with your team and other stakeholders across the business
• At least partial experience in the following stack :
• React / React Native
• Typescript
• NodeJs
• Docker
• AWS
• Terraform
