Are you passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in a fast‑paced kitchen environment? DoubleTree by Hilton Auckland Karaka is looking for a Kitchen Steward Team Leader to join our dynamic culinary team and take charge of stewarding operations.
A Stewarding Team Leader under the general guidance of the Executive Chef oversees and supervises all aspects of stewarding operation during a shift in adherence to Hilton policies and procedures. This role ensures that the cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are maintained in accordance with established quality standards.
