You'll work across a wide range of family law matters including divorce, child custody, relationship property, and domestic violence.

The role offers both variety and complexity, with the chance to play a key role in supporting clients through often challenging situations.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise and represent clients on all aspects of family law, including divorce / separation, custody and guardianship disputes, adoption, and property matters.Represent clients in the Family Court, mediation, and other dispute resolution processes.Draft legal documents including affidavits, applications, submissions, and court pleadings.Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining strong communication and client care.Work closely with colleagues and support staff to deliver seamless service.Keep up to date with developments in family law and apply them effectively in practice.About YouMinimum 3+ years' PQE in Family Law.Solid track record of handling a variety of family law cases.Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with proven results.A collaborative mindset, with a supportive approach to mentoring junior lawyers.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Why Apply?
