Our leading service industry client, is growing their team and is looking for super motivated Sales Representatives to get out, acquire new business and grow their client base.
The business is well known, and their value proposition is strong — which just makes your job easier. With growing demand and a business on the rise, they’re expanding their sales team, so we are looking for a Sales Representative to grow a North Shore territory.
This is a field based, hunting role , so we’re looking for a confident, f ace-to-face Sales Rep who thrives on activity, targets, and closing deals.
In a nutshell you will be responsible for getting out and talking to all the businesses in your designated territory to make sales and grow revenue across your territory. We are looking for upbeat motivated salespeople that are comfortable talking to big businesses and small businesses and all those in between,

The Role
Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and client visits.
This is a field-based role where you will be out calling on every business in your territory.
This is not difficult as most commercial businesses with be sales propects
This will sound a bit blunt, but this role is NOT for those who prefer Account Management, or prospect by sending emails, or prefer to be office based.
You will need to be high energy and enjoy getting out and about
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve (and exceed) targets.
What we’re looking for :
High Energy Go- Getters
Min 1-2 years in field-based face to face B2B sales.
Having a background in door knocking and direct sales is a bonus
Confidence in prospecting, cold calling and making sales appointments with new customers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
Highly self-motivated, with the discipline to work independently, while managing a territory.
Has strong presentation and closing skills
Who will put in the sales activity to talk to more customers and close more deals.
We are looking for those that really want to make good $$$, so we only want highly motivated salespeople who will get out there and smash it.
We require candidates who are confident in engaging with businesses through face-to-face interactions.
Preference for this person to ideally live in or around the North Shore.
The Rewards :
You will receive amazing training, great learning opportunities and an environment which enables hard work to equal success and great rewards.
A base salary of $80K + full use Company Car and uncapped commissions. On target earnings will be $130K++ (Good potential to earn a lot more - $150K++).
