You will ensure statutory compliance and maintain accurate documentation processes that meet operational and legislative requirements.
A key responsibility is overseeing compliance activities such as Building Warrants of Fitness (BWOFs), fire evacuation procedures, and other statutory obligations.
Additionally, you will monitor contract performance, analyse performance data, and engage with stakeholders to ensure service delivery standards are met.

Current Full drivers licence.

Experience working in a service delivery environment with customer focused approaches Excellent written and oral communication skills, Computer literate in MS suite of products, advanced Excel skills is desirable Excellent planning and organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
