We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager with a focus on Responsible Investing to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in driving innovation, compliance, and customer outcomes across our wealth management products, with a particular emphasis on responsible investing and ESG.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities For This Role Include

• Product & Service Development : Assist with continued development and implementation of a market-leading responsible investing approach, including product, service, and experience initiatives. Deliver enhancements that drive customer outcomes and profitable growth.
• Compliance & Risk : Craft high-quality responsible investing communications and reporting to ensure product compliance, legal, and risk obligations are met for the Wealth Product suite.
• Customer Value Proposition : Combine customer research, competitor insights, industry trends, and product features to enhance the product suite's value and support activities that drive customer satisfaction and NPS.
• Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across distribution channels, operational support, and critical functional teams to deliver initiatives.
• Project Management : Manage and support projects from concept to post-implementation, breaking down complex processes and navigating approvals.
• Technical Expertise : Provide technical product knowledge and guidance, especially in responsible investing, to support various business areas and solve customer needs.
• Continuous Improvement : Contribute to strategic problem solving, process improvements, and support the financial and strategic goals of the Wealth Product team.
