Busy Bees Masterton is a warm, community-minded centre in Lansdowne where every child is a taonga. Spacious, well-resourced rooms support each age and stage, with shared spaces for rich tuakana-teina moments. Native trees and birdsong set the tone for calm, nature-led learning. About you :

You’re the kind of person tamariki warm to quickly : calm, reliable, and ready to jump in. You read the room fast, keep supervision and safety tight, and follow centre routines while using initiative. You build easy connections with whānau and the team, support play-based learning, and add simple, clear notes when needed. You value our bicultural kaupapa and weave te reo Māori where you can, or you’re keen to grow here. You’re comfortable with short-notice calls and varied hours.
