Milner Mobility Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team and ensure smooth customer transactions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of sales agreements, quotations, and contracts
- Conduct QC (quality control) checks on vehicles prior to delivery to ensure compliance with company standards
- Arrange delivery of completed vehicles and / or pickup of vehicles for workshop
- Support the sales team with customer communications, enquiries, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in CRM and / or invoicing systems
- Coordinate with operations and workshop staff to ensure customer orders are prepared on time
- Provide administrative support including filing, documentation, and stock tracking
- Assist in preparing vehicles and documentation for customer handovers
- Help with showroom presentation and general sales support duties as required

Strong attention to detail and accuracy , particularly in paperwork and QC checksExcellent organisational and time management skillsGood communication skills, both written and verbalCustomer-focused approach with a positive and professional manner and presentationAbility to work collaboratively as part of a small teamProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with invoicing or CRM systems (e.g. Zoho) advantageous but not essential, training will be providedQualifications & Experience
