OverviewWeekend Op-Shop Sales Assistants - PukekoheThe sales from our ReStore op-shops play an integral role in funding Habitat for Humanity Northern's building and home repair programmes.ResponsibilitiesCustomer serviceMerchandise stylingItem testing and repairAssisting donors with donation drop offsCleaning, sorting and stocking merchandiseUpcycling donated goodsLight cleaning dutiesRequirementsYou don't need specific retail skills as we will provide the support and training you need for this role.Min age 16 years oldAn interest in people and providing customer service with a friendly and helpful attitudeA flexible attitude and ability to take on varied tasksA genuine willingness to be a part of a team and be able to take direction while being able to take initiative and work independentlyPhysically capable as there may be some light lifting involvedA Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.Time commitmentOur Pukekohe ReStore is open seven days a week.
A shift is generally 3 hours and a minimum of one shift per fortnight is required but ideally we would love someone who can come in each weekend.Shifts are Saturdays or Sundays 9am-12pm or 12pm to 3pm.Interested?
