Intermediate / Senior Legal Executive

About the Role

You will gain exposure to a wide range of property and commercial matters, including :

Residential Conveyancing

Taking initial instructions for sales and purchases

Reviewing relevant documents and reporting to clients

Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and lending institutions

Commercial Property Transactions

Handling sales and purchases of commercial property

Preparing due diligence reports for clients

Advising on a variety of lease matters

Liaising with surveyors and valuers

Preparing body corporate documents and lodging title applications with LINZ

Commercial Work

Preparing commercial loan documentation for both personal and company lenders

Drafting and preparing Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Attorney

Preparing commercial deeds, including Deeds of Lease, Variations, and Surrenders of Lease
