What You Will Do
Detail-oriented and organized individual on a fixed-term, part-time basis 50 hours per month (12.5 hours per week as general guideline, flexible working hours are generally acceptable).
Extra hours higher than 50 hours will be paid via timesheet submission.
This role is responsible for supporting monthly billing tasks, customer contract reviews, and general accounting administration.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and customer data management.
Prepare and process monthly billing for customers across North America (NA) and Asia Pacific (APAC).
Collect, review, and process WSX billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Review and interpret customer contracts to ensure billing alignment and compliance with contractual terms.
Maintain and update customer records in NetSuite, including contract details, billing information, and account changes.
Provide general accounting and administrative support as assigned, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Previous experience in billing, accounting, or finance administration preferred.
Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP / accounting systems is an asset.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the finance team.
