About the opportunity

Our property team has been part of some of the largest commercial and industrial developments in New Zealand.

The team services a very impressive client list which includes NZX listed companies, property developers, major landlords, private investors, financiers, real estate agents and purchasers.

Based in Tamaki Makaurau, you will provide high quality and commercially astute legal advice, covering the full remit of commercial property matters including property investment and development, acquisitions, leasing, property syndication and commercial conveyancing.

About you

You will be admitted to practice in New Zealand.

Have at least 5 years general commercial property experience with an interest in specialising in retirement villages and hotels.

Be experienced in supervising and developing junior lawyers.

Able to work autonomously.

Have a down to earth approach that enables you to build excellent client relationships.
