Contract Solution Architect

Join our client's strategic Momentum programme - a transformative multi-year initiative revolutionising employee experience across the enterprise. We're seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of seamless data flows between Workday and supporting systems, enabling end-to-end automation for Learning, Performance and Talent management.

The Impact You'll Make

As Solution Architect, you'll be instrumental in shaping this major financial services organisation's technology modernisation journey. You'll design robust solutions that consolidate fragmented data, establish consistent enterprise-wide validation, and ensure strategic alignment with the target state architecture. Working closely with the Enterprise Architect and delivery teams, you'll provide architectural leadership across integration patterns, APIs, and event-driven design while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in solution and / or data architecture for people / employee information systems
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data or platform transformation programmes
• Strong expertise in data modelling , integration patterns , and enterprise architecture principles
• Working knowledge of HCM, payroll and LMS systems
• Experience collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams in complex environments
• Ability to design API-first , event-driven architectures
