Salesforce Solution Architect

Talent Acquisition Lead | Australia & New ZealandJob Description : We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, with expertise in integration, data modeling, and enterprise solution design.

This role requires collaboration with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to ensure that Salesforce solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices.ResponsibilitiesDefine and design Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and comply with enterprise architecture standards.Provide technical leadership across Salesforce implementations, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints.Lead the development team by providing guidance on best practices in Apex, LWC, configuration, and customization.Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce security, governance, and compliance standards.Create architectural documentation, data models, and integration patterns.Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical assessments.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and roadmap to leverage them effectively.Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and technical presentations.Required Skills & Experience8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years in an architect role.Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community), and Marketing Cloud (preferred).

Experience with Salesforce platform tools : Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, Flows, and Process Builder.Proven expertise in Salesforce integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware.Strong data modeling and data migration experience in Salesforce.Familiarity with CI / CD processes and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset, Bitbucket, or Jenkins).
