Lead Functional Consultant / Solution Architect – D365 Ce

OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Lead Functional Consultant / Solution Architect with expertise in D365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE).

This role will work cross-functionally with multiple business units to design and implement architecture solutions that align with business needs.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of the entire architecture development lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesLead architecture initiatives for D365 Customer Engagement from concept through implementation.Collaborate with business users to design architectures that meet strategic objectives.Serve as a technical subject matter expert in D365 CE, providing guidance to business teams.Promote the use of reusable architecture assets to enhance efficiency and consistency.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.5+ years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.Deep knowledge of leading architecture solutions within the IT / CRM industry.Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Employment TypeFull-TimeApplicants must have working rights in NZ.LocationAuckland, New ZealandSalaryNZ$150,000.00 - NZ$180,000.00
