About this role |Mō tēnei tūranga
This role offers a unique opportunity for you to showcase your thought leadership, and programme development and delivery skills to enable organisational growth and success. You’ll work collaboratively with stakeholders and the wider People, Sustainability & Place team to identify and assess organisational development needs.
Initially, the focus is on supporting activities related to Public Service Commission work programmes, and you will partner with your manager and the Manager, Training Services, to ensure effective communication and coordination with the Public Service Commission and senior leadership within the Ministry. The role requires proven skills in critical thinking to recommend and implement strategic initiatives that align with organisational priorities to deliver tangible results.
Salary range : $100,296 - $121,490 per annum + 3% Kiwisaver. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary based on their individual skills and experience.

Our Team, Workforce & Insights, is part of the People Sustainability & Place team which supports people leaders to build high-performing teams capable of delivering on our purpose. We focus on providing specialist service and advice in response to workforce needs across the Ministry and contribute to the development of talent and workforce plans.
