Senior Advisor - People and Capability

About the role

Join our passionate People and Capability team in a broad generalist role that combines operational delivery with strategic project work. As a trusted Senior Advisor, you’ll provide practical advice across the full range of HR matters including performance, development, employment relations, and change.

You’ll also lead or contribute to P&C initiatives, support internal capability building, and mentor others in the team.

Are you someone with the following?

  • Broad HR generalist experience, ideally with at least 5 years in advisory roles
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and public sector context
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to coach and influence managers and support the development of the wider P&C team
  • A proactive, collaborative and improvement-focused mindset
