English and Foundation Teachers

Overview

Kiwi College of New Zealand offers English Language and University Foundation programmes at our Albany campus in Auckland . We are looking for passionate English teachers who are keen to do relief work (shorter or longer term), and who can be available at short notice if needed. If you have taught Science or Business Studies-related subjects at Foundation Level, and you are keen to do relief work, we would also like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Provide relief English instruction for English Language and Foundation programmes, on short notice as required. If applicable, teach Science or Business Studies-related subjects at Foundation Level for relief positions.

Qualifications

• Hold an academic qualification.
• Have CELTA or equivalent professional teaching certification.
• Have proven experience in teaching.
• Know the principles of The Treaty of Waitangi.
• Can carry out administrative tasks associated with this role efficiently and effectively.
