We are seeking three dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team.We provide 24 / 7 supported accommodation with round the clock staff support.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about empowering others and making a real difference in people's lives.Positions Available : 3 Support WorkersShift Patterns : A variety of shifts including AM, PM, and Night shifts over Saturday & SundayReporting to : Team Coach, Housing and Recovery ServiceResponsibilities include : Advocate and support people to be well and thrive.Connect them with resources that support them in living well and assist them in building resilience.Help people connect with their communities, building the relationships that matter most.Foster positive change for a more positive life.Provide medication support for our people.Support people with their appointments.Work alongside people to achieve their goals.Understanding and commitment to principles of recovery.Current full NZ driver's licence.Current first aid certificate.Applicants must hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent or working towards a level 4 qualification Support Worker experience or similar.Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi.Closing Date : Thursday, 4th December
