We're looking for a warm, professional, and proactive

Lounge Assistants

to join our team at the

Air New Zealand Lounge

in Auckland Airport.

In this role, you'll deliver high-quality food and beverage service, maintain a pristine lounge environment, and ensure every guest feels relaxed and valued.

You'll be part of a high-performing team that brings the best of Kiwi hospitality to life.

This is a

Casual Position

where hours of work are " as and when" required basis upon business needs.

Successful applicants

MUST

be available to work during weekends.

Deliver transformational customer service with a uniquely Kiwi approach.

Provide proactive food and beverage service, including alcohol and espresso preparation.

Maintain clean and hygienic lounge and kitchen areas, ensuring a therapeutic environment.

Replenish supplies, rotate stock, and support food presentation and dietary requirements.

Communicate effectively with guests and team members, supporting a collaborative work culture.

Experience in a similar hospitality or catering role.

Team player with a flexible, positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Physically fit, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Holds or is willing to obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, Police Clearance, and AVSEC clearance.
