As a Front Desk Attendant at the Qantas Lounge, you'll be part of a team that creates a relaxing and welcoming environment for guests.

You'll manage check-ins, provide flight information, and deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the Qantas brand.

Welcome and check-in guests according to lounge access entitlements.

Provide flight information and respond to customer requests professionally.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk and public areas.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth lounge operations.

Attend training sessions and support team development.

Experience in customer service or front desk roles.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work early, late, and weekend shifts.

Physically fit with a positive, professional attitude.

Able to pass police, MOJ, and AVSEC clearances; NZQA Food Handling and Barista certificates are a plus.
